With roots stretching back to the 16th century, the Kircherhof in Albeins is a beautiful example of how farm life and fine dining can come together seamlessly. Owned by the Noflatscher family since 2003, the farm operates organically, driven by a deep respect for nature and farming traditions. The Kircherhof’s culinary philosophy combines old-world recipes with modern innovations, always placing emphasis on quality and sustainability. Many ingredients come directly from the farm or nearby producers, ensuring fresh, locally sourced meals. The restaurant serves a delightful selection of South Tyrolean delicacies, which can be enjoyed in the warm, cosy dining room or out on the spacious veranda.
