Nestled in nature with breathtaking views of the Dolomites and the Romanesque St. Apollonia Chapel, the Apollonia has been welcoming guests since 1962. Run by the Geiser family, this idyllic restaurant is known for its hearty, seasonal cuisine and homemade specialities. Its spacious dining room and cosy terrace offer the perfect setting to enjoy dishes that celebrate local ingredients. In spring, wild herbs and asparagus from Nals are menu highlights, while in autumn, South Tyrolean apples and chestnuts take centre stage. The Apollonia house aperitifs, made with homemade syrups, are legendary; the raspberry-rose, nettle, blackcurrant, quince and rhubarb-strawberry spritzes are particular favourites.

The host family

Now in its third generation, the Geiser family runs their restaurant with dedication. Mother Anni and son Christoph craft delightful meals in the kitchen, while Senior Manager Oswald and son Thomas take care of the guests. This harmonious teamwork makes Apollonia a beloved gathering spot.
