Published by Folio Verlag, with photos by Frieder Blickle and text by Marlene Lobis, this book offers an intimate look into our 29 family-run South Tyrolean tavern-style restaurants. It’s authentic, genuine and heartfelt.

In the large recipe section, the hosts have each shared their favourite recipes. Arranged by season and categorised into antipasti, starters, main courses and desserts, this book is a treasure trove of culinary delights to please every palate.
