Following in their parents’ footsteps, Claudia and Irene have been running the Waldbichl inn for some years now. Claudia can mostly be found in the kitchen, just as her mother, Rosmarie, could before her, and ensures that only fresh, natural and regional products are used to create the culinary delights that will grace your plate. She grows her own corn and uses meat from the inn’s own farm. Irene, meanwhile, looks after the guests and has lots to do behind the scenes. Their father, Toni, can be found behind the bar.
