The Plazores is quite a special hotel run by Uli and Roman Ties. Uli is often referred to as the ‘herbal witch’. She likes to try something different where traditional cuisine is concerned and has divided the menu up based on where the products come from – those between 0-30km away and those from up to 90km away. Roman’s down-to-earth nature and Uli’s creative allure mesh really well, setting their restaurant apart from the rest! Their sons André and Jan also pitch in – André in service and Jan in marketing.
