The Sigmund restaurant is run by the third and fourth generations of the Sigmund-Holzner family. Bernhard Holzner, the head of the house, is responsible for purchasing, general office work, banking duties and organisation. His wife, Nadia, helps in the service department and will tend to your every need. Their daughter, Claudia, takes care of written communication with guests, works in service, carries out organisational tasks and manages room bookings.
