The golden shades of Autumn are on the way, and the vegetable gardens are replete with vegetables and fresh fruit, while the fields offer up an abundance of cereals. It is the period of the Harvest Festival, when we organize weeks of special events during which visitors can savour the local specialities as they come into season, and more especially the vegetables which grow under the surface of the soil. Whether these vegetables are served as the main dish or as a tasty side dish, they will be the catalyst for the creative skills of our local chefs.
