The Patauner restaurant, also known as the Vogelmeierhof, has been run for over 100 years. Heinz and his son, Florian, the third and fourth generation of their family, work in the kitchen while Vroni looks after the guests tableside. Here, hearty Tyrolean cuisine with a Mediterranean touch and prepared with local, seasonal produce is served with pizazz. The wine and spirits list also primarily contains tipples local to South Tyrol.
