The Kofler Mocatti family runs the restaurant in third generation. Senior chef Edith Kofler is the front woman of hospitality in service. Ingrid Mocatti, the daughter, is the chef and coordinates the various lines of CERVO gastronomy (veranda, restaurant, hotel guests, guest garden). Mirko Mocatti, the son of Edith, is the innovator of tradition, responsible for the strategic direction of the house and guest services.
