The Fonteklaus residence is located on a marvellous panoramic terrace high above Chiusa and is surrounded by meadows and forests. Tradition has it that you can see 77 steeples from here. The residence was first mentioned in a document in the 14th century and has been run as a traditional restaurant by the Gfader family since 1979. The furniture is as regional as the menu, which is based on seasonal and local products.
