The Fonteklaus inn was opened in 1979 by Arnold and Andreas Gfader. Today, Arnold is responsible for the guests and works in service. Andreas is in charge of the kitchen, conjuring up delectable South Tyrolean delights on a daily basis. Arnold’s wife Andrea is also heavily engaged in the business and provides fresh and genuine floral decoration each day. Their son, Heinz, is a sommelier. He understands wine very well and is always ready to advise you on which drop to select from the cellar as the perfect accompaniment to your meal.
