The Fink inn has been run by the Fink family for four generations. Head of house Petra looks after the guests and is responsible for running the business. She also takes care of putting the menu together and planning events. Chef de cuisine and passionate sommelier, Florian, creates the most delicious traditional and more innovative South Tyrolean dishes. The littlest Finks, Pauline and Anna Maria, never fail to bring smiles to guests’ faces in their roles as ‘mini hostesses’.
