Tracing its origins back to 1756, the Drumlerhof inn passed into the hands of the Innerhofer-Fauster Family in 1994. More recently adhering to the principles of an Economy for the Common Good (ECG), the restaurant at the Drumlerhof lists a choice of delicious platters prepared with regionally sourced ingredients in season. The menu also includes a gluten-free and lactose-free selection.
