The Apollonia restaurant was established in 1962 and is run by the Geiser family in the third generation. It awaits its guests on 930 m with a lot of nature, a unique view to the Dolomites and the Romanesque Saint Apollonia church, but also with substantial, seasonal cooking based on homemade specialities. In spring, the dishes are dominated by wild herbs and asparagus from Nalles, where as South Tyrolean apples and chestnuts set the tone in autumn.
