The Adler inn, for more than 400 years one of the Upper Puster Valley’s most renowned family business, has been run by Christian and Helene Pircher since 1990. They are supported by their three daughters – Elisa, Greta and Hanna – as and when required. They are particularly proud of the hotel’s personality… a skilful mix of the traditional and the modern that will draw you in and keep you hooked for the duration of your stay. Helene is also a published author, having released two cookery books.
