PREPARATION
Quark dumplings: beat the butter, vanilla sugar, lemon peel and salt together until they are creamy. Add the quark, eggs and flour; mix in the bread cubes. Chill the dough for 1 hour. Honeyed strawberries: warm the honey with the Grand Marnier and dip the strawberries in the mixture. Shape small dumplings from the dough and boil in salted water. Fry the breadcrumbs in butter; mix with sugar and cinnamon. Roll the dumplings in the breadcrumb mixture and serve with the honeyed strawberries.

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
40 g soft butter
½ sachet vanilla sugar
1 pinch lemon peel, grated
200 g quark
2 eggs
1 dsp flour
100 g white bread, crusts removed and cut into cubes

250 g South Tyrolean strawberries
A little South Tyrolean honey
A little Grand Marnier
50 g breadcrumbs
50 g butter
1 pinch salt
50 g sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
