The honey is unprocessed, free of additives and rich in natural nutrients and active substances. Did you know that there are some 40,000 colonies of bees that produce honey in South Tyrol? The region offers them a huge variety of blossoms. The four types of honey most commonly found here are blended (mixed flower), Alpine rose, dandelion and forest (honeydew).
