Goat cheese with sautéed radicchio

Prepare radicchio in a pan
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
16 South Tyrolean radicchio leaves
2 rolls of goat cheese (cream cheese)
Salt
Olive oil
South Tyrolean Schüttelbrot, crumbled
Chives, finely chopped
Pepper
PREPARATION
Wash the radicchio leaves, dry thoroughly and fry carefully in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the cheese rolls into 4 slices, each 1 cm thick. Arrange 4 radicchio leaves on each plate. Place a slice of goat cheese on each and garnish with crumbled Schüttelbrot, chives and olive oil.
