Our culinary weeks: treats all year round
Several times a year during special promotion weeks ancient customs are brought into South Tyrolean inns and restaurants. At those times the menu includes a Sunday joint or something mouth-watering made from beef. Or the menu revolves around favourite summer vegetables and the autumn harvest. Come and explore the many delicacies to be found in South Tyrol, the land of pleasure!

Summer is full of colour, and this year's motto of the Südtiroler Gasthaus group is bringing this to the plate with light vegetarian summer dishes. The culinary weeks focus on healthy enjoyment and thus transform the summer lifestyle into culinary delights.
Enjoy vegetarian delicacies prepared from South Tyrolean products fresh from the garden, ranging from various green vegetables and herbs. From Friday 24 June to Sunday 31 July, we welcome you in our inns.
