Harvest Festival – the rich fragrances of Autumn - "The innkeeper's favorite root or tuber"
Autumn offers innkeepers a rich abundance of local products, as the innkeepers' favorites invite them to serve up creative dishes. The members of the “Südtiroler Gasthaus” group take advantage of this to invite guests to a gastronomic Thanksgiving under the motto "The innkeeper's favorite root or tuber". This year the favorite root or tuber of the host is the focus and is processed by the innkeepers to tasty, distinctive dishes. Whether as protagonists on the plate or as tasty accompaniments - there are no limits to the creativity of the cooks.
From Friday, September 29, to Sunday, November 5, 2023, enjoy the autumnal variety of delights in the member establishments of the “Südtiroler Gasthaus” group and look forward to tasty delicacies prepared on the theme of "The innkeeper's favorite root or tuber ".
