Typical, regional culinary delights, genuine hospitality and a fine sense for tradition: these are the characteristic features that the Hotel- and Restaurant keepers Association would like to promote with the „Südtiroler Gasthaus“ initiative. 25 traditional restaurants and inns all around South Tyrol thus contribute to the preservation and spreading of a historically developed inn culture including respect for old buildings and increased use of local agricultural products. Because we have to preserve what is good.

22.03.2012 - The „Südtiroler Gasthaus“ group presented itself today in a press conference in Bolzano to the public. 25 traditional restaurants and inns all over South Tyrol from Burgusio to Villabassa invite you now to enjoy their culinary specialties and their unique atmosphere.
